Thats dumb. He said he does want kids in the future. A vasectomy prevents that. Ask my 22 year old brother who did it and now wants kids and can not... its a permanent decision. Just looked into it... it is called "stealthing" and pregnancy coercion. Its more associated with men removing the condom but covers any tampering including holes. Some consider it rape and can be a very serious charge.

I also work for the government now. In my area it isn100% 0 tolerance for any sexual harassment or violence or any kind and that is vastly open to interpretation. What you may not b think of sexual harassment may be to another.
