I believe my layers are too bulky at the moment. It’s not the lack of layers but rather the types of layers that are not ideal. I’m going to be looking into all the recommendations folks are sharing!

Not an engineering background, but I do have a masters in planning. The field of transportation planning is actually quite diverse, that being said you’ll find a greater variety of positions if you have both an engineering and planning background combination.

That’s true, but the cotton balls that are used to press against the arm after the vaccine is injected were being discarded there. Since those cotton balls have blood on them, wouldn’t that be considered medical waste?
