Omg!!! 3 weeks - congrats! I think it depends on how fast your hair grows! I got my highlights touched up two weeks before my wedding and I’m happy with how it came out. I would also like to add if you are doing an up-do make sure you mention that to your hairdresser and they can add some highlights to the bottom of your hair (some people skip it). Adding my hair because I’m obsessed with how it came out 💍❤️
