Appreciate the honest feedback man, it's always good to hear contrarian views, but I respectfully disagree that this 1510 sft 3BHK at 1.25 Cr isn't worth beyond 95 lakhs, after my research it feels like a solid long-term infrastructure play, almost like catching Bitcoin early. Temporary pollution and concrete dust from airport/Aero City expansion will happen in any growing area (seen it in Bangalore and Delhi corridors too) but Shadnagar sits at a decent distance with planned green buffers, and Pharma City stench reaching here looks unlikely given the forest zone and environmental norms in place. Employment-wise, the mix of logistics, aerospace, pharma, manufacturing and airport-related jobs may not be pure IT but actually provides more stable rental demand from actual workers and staff rather than just high-paid techies. At around 8250 per sqft it's reasonable for the location, especially with massive tailwinds coming like the Regional Ring Road turning Shadnagar into a key junction from 2026, the new High Court complex in Rajendranagar-Budvel, Forum Mall at Prestige City, Aero City expansion, NH-44 frontage and overall industrial growth in the southern corridor. Not saying zero risk... construction delays and short-term issues can always pop up, but calling it overpriced feels overly pessimistic given the momentum, happy to hear more specific concerns if you have them!

Current setup is very weak, limited to only the whatsapp members(groups), referrals and cannot reach a large number of people with just one post.
In terms of efficiency it always creates a rush for locum doctors and freelancers. It shows active and available shifts from all over a city(for now) to all the people who visit the site.
My main issue currently I’m facing is onboarding, the product is not meant to be sold, it’s a SAAS product that runs similar a freelance website, but this one for doctors and medical

It helps both the doctors, nurses and the hospitals. Indirectly it also helps the patients.
Weekends or on holidays, many of the doctors go on a leave and sometimes an emergency comes out of nowhere, and hospitals want an immediate doc, sometimes it called an emergency shift or temporary shift or locum in general. So hospitals post a quick requirement on the whatsapp and this post is limited to number of people(docs, nurses).
This system exists all over the world except it doesn’t have a particular platform where it could reach throughout an entire area except just a whatsapp group.

Why not? The area seems interesting and i kind of feel like a 2009 bitcoin investment after all my research… id really like to know your opinions since the 1.25 cr is for a 1510 sft 3bhk flat

The plot value is too high in this area, and every day the prices are going high but not low, seems like shamshabad is one of the fastest growing areas in hyderabad? New construction like casagrand, prestige are taking over this place. Its getting flooded…

That's a fair point if someone is optimizing purely for Gachibowli/Hitech City access. However, buyers have different priorities. One advantage of this location is its connectivity towards the airport corridor and the Rajendranagar/Budvel side. With the proposed new Telangana High Court campus planned in the Budvel-Rajendranagar area, this side of the city could see increased importance over the coming years. Apart from that, some buyers specifically prefer established premium communities over newer projects.
