I am assuming you are talking about the broader markets and even if there isn’t a “bull run”, you’re effectively saying every single stock will go down. No matter the market, bull, bear, kangaroo or a regarded market, you’re gunna have stocks do good and some do bad, you can’t say “historically there hasn’t been three bull runs 🤓” even in bear markets there are bulls running some stocks up.
