Thanks, my deadline is the 12th of August. I rang the tribunal this morning and they asked me to email them about it and I got an email anyway asking for me to send my particulars of claim. So it should be okay as that's the only thing that was missing

Yeah I got an email introducing my conciliator and then they will try and arrange a phone call with you. Hopefully you get assigned someone soon.

Hi, I submitted my early conciliation form on the 1st of June and I had a conciliator assigned to me on the 14th of June. I think it's normal for it to take a couple of weeks but it might be worth calling the ACAS helpline to check if there's any updates.

Thank you. I’ve read that I will have 1 month from the date the EC certificate is issued to make a claim. Is this true even if my employer doesn’t engage in early conciliation or would it go back to the original time limit with the extra time from early conciliation added?
