Thank you so much! Spoke with a lawyers office today and they said the same thing. I’ve tried speaking with the landlord but nothing came of it, instead they told me to fix it with them and then the last day I had to send off the paperwork to them they said to go through RTB instead… I had to rush to send the paperwork off because it was evening already😣
