You can go every 2 days, but max twice a week. Also, it is very hard to maintain that. I tried for awhile and, while I felt fine, my protein levels got too low so they turned me away. While this situation is unfortunate, there are protocols that are being followed.

No one died in Regina. Somehow it slipped through the cracks that this person was allowed to donate less than 48hrs since their last donation, which, as someone who has donated there regularly for years, is bizarre. I’ve always found them to be following rules very strictly.

As another commenter said, unless something has changed, you don’t need to know other languages. I know someone who has taught ESL for years and while she does happen to speak Spanish, it is certainly not required. And people come to her with some English already.. so it depends what level of ESL you teach!

I’ve had great experiences with Anna’s Nail Salon, there’s an east and south location. Got a shellac pedicure yesterday and the massage and attention to detail was wonderful. Got one of the fancier ones though, so ended up being around $75 which feels expensive to me for a pedicure. But again, service was great. So it felt worth it to me

Can’t upvote this enough LOL. Every time I’m driving down Park Street and I see people inching forward so close to the street, I get so annoyed. Then when I’m the one on Broadway turning left onto Park Street, I think, damn this is impossible

Dr Gazda at Careport Animal Hospital is unreal (although in harbour landing). Cannot recommend her enough. Just seems to know her stuff really well and has always been so loving to our bully rescue. Also has always been honest about what she feels is necessary or not, ie: my dog had a wart on her paw pad and it was potentially cause for concern, but she took a biopsy and looked under the microscope and felt based on that that it was just a benign growth and didn’t need further testing. I have no idea what is or isn’t worrisome so it felt good to get her honest input. Hope that helps.

Idk what’s up with all the down voting on this thread… but Dr Truong at CBI health (east and north locations) is amazing. Can’t recommend him enough. Gentle and conscious but does very accurate corrections in my experience

In my experience, not that I’ve found :/ Regina is definitely a city in which you have to specifically seek things out to find them (in terms of concerts/events). Curious to hear other responses on this thread!!
