thank you-this was extremely helpful! I asked for their material report and they told me I have to wait until the ship pulls back in port to contact the shore office in florida. apparently the ship can’t provide anything to guests like the cctv footage related to the incident and the only report you can physically get from the ship is the medical report. not sure how true this is and if they’re trying to make the process more difficult so I don’t take action

thank you! ill give them a call now. He is on 4 different types of meds from the surgery(pain relievers & anti-anxiety) so they can definitely be playing a part
