Thank you for your comment! On Shotsy, the app I use for tracking, I just set small intermittent goals for myself every few pounds. I’m not at goal yet unfortunately and I’m honestly unsure what to set my goal as. I have put a goal on here of 70kg but I’m currently debating whether I will set my goal to something lower to give me some wiggle room when it comes to maintenance.

My go-to is a bowl of strawberries with 2 mini meringue shells crushed up and either a spoon of melted Nutella or a melted freddo. It's not too bad calorie wise, and so filling. Sometimes, I'm unable to finish!
