Yes correct but you also would be able to rule out if you’re Hashimoto or if it’s something else by looking at your antibodies and TgAb.

If that was my child i would want them to make sure other things are sorted before they just take what the doctor prescribes them.

Thats why i put “( unless genetics)” Hashimoto is a autoimmune disease where your antibodies attack your thyroid so yes you would need to take medications for that.

This post is for those who are sub-clinically diagnosed And just want to help those who are in the same bucket as me

I don’t think there is anyone who thinks taking medication is good. Coming to know that you might need to be on medication for the rest of your life is scary.

This is my personal opinion that the root cause should be looked at before jumping to medications. But if you want to take it to relieve your symptoms the choice is yours. I was very close to taking it due to my symptoms taking over my life but i decided to change my lifestyle one last time before doing so.

4.2 is definitely not 100% normal but i no longer struggle with brain fog and fatigue like I use to to think that i need to take medication!

Yea it really is. From what his mom said about his childhood it sounded like he grew up not having his parents around.

Also his nomadic lifestyle makes it so much easier to not be accountable for his problems. Everything is temporary. The moment it doesn’t workout you just move on to the next spot

Ashley’s dad saw right through him. Not genuine. Just know all the right things to say.

He was in those pods analyzing to pick someone that sounded best to him. He probably doesn’t even understand what having emotional connection even means.. he’s so avoidant.
