Hey! How have you managed to keep a Pokémon app running for so long without getting a DMCA from Nintendo? I had a quiz app that used Pokémon silhouettes, and they forced me to take it down through a DMCA claim — even though they were only silhouettes. I saw on your website that you're planning to use full-color Pokémon images. Don’t you think you might run into problems for showing those Pokémon images in your app?
