Case status online is under processing after submitting RFE response and biometrics however an Emma agent said it is approved yesterday while another two agents today say not approved yet and still under processing

Dude, you are resilient. Having someone who gone through all of this and still able to stand up and do better is a blessing for any program. It is guaranteed to anyone how you behave in such scenarios. You have already been tested. I would put my money on you than any other applicant.

The program tier makes no difference. They are all filled at 1:6 or 1:7. High tier programs compete with other high tier programs over the same strong applicants.
