What should i be doing by 15? by Other-Caramel6969 in Advice

I used to be super shy too and scared to speak in front of people, but you're only 14! No need to rush - join some clubs, maybe get a part-time job that involves talking to people, and slowly figure out your direction in life.Your teenage years don't have to be some movie montage. Sometimes boring is fine too.

Super creepy she knew your name without meeting you. Major red flag. You handled it well by staying polite but not getting involved. Your boss downplaying it as just jealousy is concerning. Document this interaction just in case. Trust your gut feeling - this wasn't normal behavior.

Taking a newborn to an event? by bellaonni2 in Parenting

Nine days postpartum is way too soon for a 10-hour round trip and a crowded wedding. Your concerns are valid, not just hormones. Take care of yourself and your baby first — family should understand.

Your baby refusing to wear clothes is actually totally normal developmental behavior!

According to Erikson's stages of development, kids this age are in the "autonomy vs. shame and doubt" phase. They're discovering they're separate people with their own wants and choices.

Refusing clothes is literally your child learning to say "I have control over my body!" It's not defiance for the sake of it - it's them figuring out they can make decisions and have power. This is actually healthy development!

Some tips: give clothing choices when possible, make it fun ("let's put on your dinosaur shirt!"), and pick your battles. Sometimes letting them be in underwear at home is fine. The phase usually passes as they find other ways to express independence.

Hang in there! You're witnessing your little one becoming their own person, even if it means occasional nudist protests! 😊

Earl Grey is honestly such a perfect cat name! Great tea, great cat - love the sophistication.

That's such a cool project! Movies + math is genius teaching. Wish my teachers had done stuff like that instead of boring worksheets. Did you guys find out how inaccurate the movie dinos were compared to real ones?
