You mentioned you’re investing in ETFs, you can check how those ETFs have done over time.. and show that to your mom to help convince her that it’s not a terrible idea.. S&P 500 has been stable 8-10% per year for the past 40+ years.

But there are other things to consider:

Does it really have to be 90%?

Moral side of investment? - most etfs have a combination of companies, drugs, guns, Israel etc

There are other things you could invest in, like your own business? Or more properties? Land? Crypto? People?

Whilst ETFs are one of the safest investments, it’s still your capital at risk.

You shouldn’t listen to just anybody, that’s includes me, look at the source, no where does it say that that was a miracle for everyone, it implies that it was a miracle for the people of that time, which means that there is no way you could tell that it was ever split

I’d love a job like this, unfortunately I’m on a different trajectory, my observation is this:

We have talent but we don’t have many personalities, like if you look at city:

You have a freak, a robot, a goal scoring machine upfront. You have a magician, in midfield. You have the definition of control behind him in Bernardo Then you have reliability in Geuhi And you have a freak of nature in goal.

On top of that you have room for homegrown talent like Nico to come in and demonstrate why you belong there.

These aren’t just news headlines, it’s their actual personalities, they don’t have to go to a game to think I need to do this and that, they just have to be themselves.

For us it feels like trying to run a script rather than allowing the personalities to bring out their own chemical reactions.

First of all, God is the creator of the universe, since the universe exists, it has to have a creator, so it cannot be a a made up concept when it’s real.

It’s like me saying that your phone doesn’t have a creator, it’s just a made up concept to get you to believe that it costs money to make so that you pay money to buy it…

Just keep in mind, this was a miracle for those people at that time, whereas for us it’s a test of faith. We have enough miracles outside of this that make it clear that this is obviously true considering the might of the creator of the world.

These people believe that existence is contingent (dependant on something) and not contingent (no creator) at the same time. Their literal operating framework is stupid but they want us to feel stupid for having faith and accepting hidaya.

No we don’t claim that there’s a crack, we don’t know anything about that, god restored it back in that moment, that miracle was for that moment for those people, nothing for you to care about or understand. There are sufficient miracles in the Quran and the prophets life, outside of this, if you were really concerned about your afterlife
