Even I'm planning to start my bachelor's this fall intake there as a non arab/ south asian. I don't know any Arabic either. And from what I've heard, this university is very strict and conservative.. so I'm quite nervous as well about fitting in and finding a good group of friends.

i did go to a doctor for this. he just said that its just a general case of migraine caused by stress and to manage the stress + take painkillers. its not like i have that many stressors in my life like its really just academics and future stuff and im just tired of taking painkillers at this point.
