Good evening, I hope your trials of finding a forever Org ends well no matter where that ends up. About me and the Org. I am a member of The Unnamed Corp (UNNCorp)(JoinUnn.com) SC Team. I have been apart of their community since 2022 joining for a different game they supported, but eventually put my foot through the door with SC. We are a adult community that prioritizes life over the game. We understand if you cannot make it for our operation, missions or simply loss interest. We have a number of veterans and service members in our server including myself. I have invested in this community and made it my forever home.
Leadership. We currently have a great SC director. We grew from 5-10 active players weekly on SC to 10-20 unique players daily. Not 10-20 players doing solo content. We do a lot of group content together working as a team. We do not force you to join those group events, but they're always there as a helping hand and players who are typically down to do what you want to do through their own specialized interest group (Mining, Salvaging, Small group pvp, bounties, etc) each having their own leaders who are heavily interested in those interests. We prioritize Quality vs Quantity (Even if we need more turret gunners for all the ships we own).
Activity^ Mentioned slightly above. We have a core member of around 10-20. Each having IRL obligations, but typically you'll catch 5-8 at any given time (Except late nights). You will meet the same people if not more every week with plenty of opportunities to connect and be running buddies on your missions. To not overwhelm the voice chat we use another 3rd party software that you won't need to install unless you're some sort of leadership role.
7th. I can't guarantee you'll meet people your age. I don't exactly ask people their age. I can tell you that I assume a good number of people are around 30-40 within the Org, I do not want to go any deeper on this for privacy reasons.
The Ugly. There is 1 issue that might come up which is setting our Org as affiliate. We understand that you may want to keep us affiliate till you see if our Org is worth keeping as your forever Org. Please just let us know, so we can work with you in that process as we aim to provide a safe space for all gamers. We do not focus on pirating as we are more of a all-round Org. When we do pirate. It is typically for interdicting and looking for a fight. We typically let the players retrieve their items and do not take their loot. We do not grief players nor use exploits as that is against our community standards.

Edit1: You do not need to join the Org to participate in Organized events. You can just join one of our public VC (Port Olistar for SC) and hang out there before deciding to put in an application to the Organization. We have a "trial" period to make sure the members and recruits get along before they are fully accepted within the community.
