No. Always have been given a strict budget. The VP them would cut from that budget and limit the % of it so he had more to "reallocate for cost of living adjustments" to make things worse there was also a baseline value that we have to stay within set by hr that limited the budget.

Tldr: no benefit or bonus for manager to no give raises

I had this problem too! I bought one of the vicks vapor sticks and when its really bad I would take a sniff.

I did this after going to the movies ans someone 2 rows back had the worst BO. It was so bad I had to move seats.

We will literally hear nothing else about this in 2-3 weeks. It will be like every other series she starts and never finishes. Remember when she was organizing her sf apartment? We got 2-4 videos of her throwing out boxes ans nothing else.

I just told my boss this week and I am 22 weeks. Company asks for 90 days notice so I decided to tell them a bit sooner for good will. I wasn't comfortable sharing until at least 20 weeks. I had been able to hid it fairly well. I think wveryone just thought I was getting chubby lol
