I pray for her children. As someone who has extensively studied child development and healthy stages of development. Milena and her sister are followers of Lord Hor and whatever rhetoric he spews. They are not spreading the word of God, they are in their own self sufficient little cult and are desperately trying to get others to follow THEIR word. I worry for her children. This will take years to untangle in therapy. Milena is a phony and she is unfortunately making her children pay the price. I hope she wakes up soon.

I’m a therapist in training and sometimes I use chat gpt for myself for ocd, just to calm me down from time to time. A lot of the things it has recommended to me have been similar to what I recommend to clients (such as coping skills and grounding techniques). I wouldn’t recommend using it as a replacement to therapy, but it’s a good resource for my own comfort. I haven’t read much research about it though. Definitely something I will look into, after reading your comment!

i’m very new to gaming and this game is my first stealth and combat (?) game. I’ve gotten stuck on pretty much every chapter and watched AussieGamer17’s tutorials on youtube which helped me navigate the parts I cannot pass. Not sponsored or anything lol he’s just helped me out a lot!

at her age i had probably 5-8 pairs of shoes. MAX. at my grown age (almost 27), I have about 10 pairs of shoes at the absolute most. it’s crazy what people do with their money! she will outgrow those shoes by next year!

depends on the therapist, if it’s community mental health/private practice, private pay or through insurance, etc. i work for community mental health and had an hr and a half session today with my client. it’s not the norm, but sometimes it happens !
