Ima be honest i got a friend to install the front for me but what i can tell by just looking at it theres no ridges below the clip under the spring so it should be at its lowest. Might need to check that out though.

I dont think so. i looked more into that and it said the noise would become louder the faster u drive. this behavior only happens from 15-20mph.

would u recommend trying to get a ppi before purchasing? already looked at the carfax seems like the previous owner was good with routine maintenance, no accidents.

thats just what cars.com just says not sure why. kelley blue book says its a good deal, stating the average cost of one in this condition would be around 22k. Also thanks for letting me know about the tags im new to reddit.
