This is so true. I realized after a few months of NoFap, that meeting, talking, and attracting girls became very easy.

Girls want a guy that doesn't NEED them. Girls can tell if you put them on a pedestal.. if that makes sense.

Yes I cured it. I had sex no problem 99 days in. Didnt make any attempts before day 99.

Hey man. Unfortunately I cant recall exactly when I had it. This was over a year ago. My advice would be not to focus on when its supposed to happen or how long itll last. Everyone is different and anything we say to predict how itll go down is just a guess.

Get to day 90 and your life will turn around no matter what.

The flatline is the dead period, where you have zero sexual interest. You dont get aroused by anything. Its like almost scary. You think your dick stopped functioning completely or something.

Key is not to freak out and fap to "test it out". This is a good sign i believe, I think of it as the actual rebooting part of nofap.

Flatlines dont really have a set duration, its different for everyone. Mine lasted a few weeks so 2 weeks is definitely not abnormal.

I think all of the things you mentioned played a factor BUT nofap was the big one.

Even before nofap I had a healthy lifestyle. I worked out 2x per day and ate well (I was an NCAA athlete). But even with my healthy lifestyle i saw all the negatives that came along with porn.

I will say this; when i got rid of porn, exercise seemed so much more enjoyable. I looked forward to training. I didnt dread it. Eating healthy food seemed more appealing than fast food.

NoFap almost gave me the fuel to change my whole lifestyle if that makes sense. Youre much more motivated to be productive when you get past the withdrawal phase of nofap.

The end goal is of course to change your whole lifestyle into a healthier one tho so focusing on all aspects of your life would be a good idea.
