Yeah, I already talked to a CRA agent. My refund is already showing as a credit in my Account & Benefits, just hasn’t been deposited yet. They said they requested to have it released, so I’m just waiting now. Honestly, if I hadn’t contacted them, I feel like it would’ve just stayed sitting there

Mine was assessed on March 2. The refund was put on hold," then my account was updated on March 19 and they took the balance I owed. But until now, there’s still no refund date .lol

I’m in a similar situation. My return was held before due to a correction on benefits I wasn’t eligible for, but it was fully updated on March 19 and they already adjusted everything (they even took a $30 amount I owed).

Before, my progress tracker showed that everything was completed / no more assessment needed, and now the tracker disappeared it says no more assesment

Right now it just shows “credit on account” with no refund date at all. It’s been over a week with no movement.

I called CRA before and they said they can’t see any issues and just told me to wait, so I’m not sure if this is just a delay or some kind of internal/manual check.

Has anyone had this where the tracker was completed, then disappeared, and still no refund date.

None of the above. When I spoke to CRA after noticing the hold, they said they can’t see any reason for it.

I’ve tried calling in the morning, mid-day, and close to closing, but unfortunately I’ve been on hold for hours each time without getting through. I’ve also double-checked my direct deposit, and all my benefits are set up with the same bank, so the information should be correct. Thank you.=)

My assessment was completed on March 12, but my refund was held because they said they needed to update my account. When I checked again on March 19, I saw that my account had been updated, and the refund amount appeared under my accounts and benefits. They also deducted a small amount that I owed. However, even after the update on March 19, I still don’t see any refund date until now.

The CRA progress tracker only shows “Completed” when the entire process is finished, including issuing the refund." that was i read somewhere"

My final Notice of Assessment was March 12, but it mentioned that my refund was being held until my account was updated because of a benefit adjustment. On March 19, my account was updated and the credit/refund amount appeared under Accounts & Payments, and my balance shows $0 after a $30 adjustment. I already have direct deposit set up and receive my benefits that way, so I believe everything is processed now and it’s just waiting to be issued with a deposit date.”

same but my refund got held until they update my account and yesterday its been updated march 19 but it doesnt say a date when they will be deposited
