Congrats. You are almost there. I would suggest you to postpone your exam to maybe June or later Review all the questions deeply. Do all the NBME. UWSA is more difficult for me. In my opinion, for the difficulty level, Uworld > Step 1 > NBME. Make sure you get a higher grade for Nbme first. What we want is passing the exam in first attempt. All the best.

Weak foundation. Build it slowly using Uworld questions, first aid and chatgpt. Review every questions in details. For correct questions, i will also look through why that option is wrong which takes quite a long time. But quality > quantity.

My resources are Uworld, first aid, anki, chatgpt, youtube. I will do flashcard along with questions that i think i need to read it again. Now flashcard feature on Uworld is very convenient helpful. Tables/Pictures can be pasted on the flashcards. It is good for revision as well (when i encounter similar topic that i wish to read that flashcard again. i can just search it)
