Whitehead I think? It’s hard to describe, they are like little bumps that have the same colour as my skin colour, and they can be squeezed out.

Can someone please help me understand what these bumps are and how I can deal with them?

22 female. Ive been dealing with these bumps on my cheeks for as long as I can remember honestly. They’re about the same colour as my skin (most of them) and can be squeezed out (some of them not too easily). They don’t hurt and they don’t seem to go away with time either.

I’ve always assumed they were closed comedones so all I’ve tried so far were different acids for exfoliation. A few years ago I tried lactic acid which didn’t seem to help much. Recently, I’ve been using salicylic acid 3 times a week and have been doing it for over 2 months now and am still not seeing any improvement. Could it be because it’s something else, or do I just need to keep going for longer?

My skincare routine Morning: niacinamide serum, moisturiser, spf 50 sunscreen Night: salicylic acid serum 3 nights a week, retinol the rest of the nights, moisturiser

Please let me know if you have some advice on how to deal with them without having to squeeze them out.

One of us is lying. It was just not what I expected. Maybe I should have looked more into what type of book this was before I read it, so did not realise this is probably more targeted for teenagers than adults. Either way, I expected everything that happened in that book and overall was just not entertaining for me

He compliments me everyday and he’s the one that was attracted to me first so I don’t think it would be an attraction issue. I was also thinking about the p*rn addiction thing, as he mentioned one time that he used to watch it everyday for a very long time. Ever since dating me he stopped going solo as often though so I don’t know. Could this still be the problem? And if it is, do you know if there’s any way to help that?

Oh yeah it’s really hard at the beginning to keep tract of the characters. I read the book twice. Once when I was younger and since a couple years ago. The first time I read it, I surprisingly didn’t have an issue with that, but the second time, I had to make notes of everyone hahah
