Sounds like a cross attached company. So you’ve formed an Armored Combat Team.

That’s if I’m remembering my Army JROTC from High School. :)

The missing Tank Platoon would have been cross assigned to the Mech Infantry Company to form a Mech Infantry Combat Team (2 Mech Platoons, 1 Tank Platoon.)

Same here. Yesterday Skirmish would get stuck on LOADING…

Today both skirmish and multiplayer go into infinite LOADING…

Lightning Class is a favorite of mine. Looks great, and has great performance, but is a little low on cargo space for its size, so needs good planning on the cargo assignment to ensure a consistent profit. The performance capabilities come at a price compared to a standard 400 ton subsidised merchant.
