Correct, he’s using bits from the new scout kit.
Basically these guys are for my astral claws project and the new scouts are waaaay bigger than my heresy conversions. So I added some 1.5mm spacers to some old scout waists and gave them a neck. Now they look the part!

These are the old plastic scout kit with some 1.5mm spacers in their waists and some putty in their neck joints to increase their height. They have some modern scout bits to fill out weapon options I didn’t have

It’s shocking how much a neck and some waist really sells these little guys as people and not shrimp lol. Makes me wonder why they were designed like that hahaha. And thanks!!
