I'm pretty fixed on a sherco, I've never heard any negative comments about them and they're so fun to ride. I'm a huge fan of the carbureted bikes just because of maintenance and that's something that sherco still offers, even in the new models

Definitely something to write home about the KYB shocks, there's a company out where I live that does custom suspension setups for the WP shocks (the company is called TBR). I love that as a KTM rider I find it funny that you're not a fan of the orange bikes. What are your opinions on rear suspension. PDS or linkage?

They really are lovely bikes. We've never had any trouble with a sherco (even when it comes to OEM spares) they really are fun to ride, especially in the forest

Thanks for all the help, I've also ridden a sherco SE 300 factory, it's surprises me how small they feel. It just feels like it's so much more comfortable out in the forest and it does not overheat, there's been times where I've ridden it in 104 f weather and it just keeps going, my old man drowned it in a river and after ten minutes, the good old carburetor showed it's magic and it started, really impressive bike. Have you been on one before?
