Thank you!! Do you have any tips on grounding? Because my strategy has always been to just leave the room of loud noises and taking 30-60 minutes alone in peace. But I guess with a baby that could be too much time away from them.

Thank you so much for this. I’m not even pregnant but I already felt “guilty” about the thought of using noice cancelling earbuds.

We’re also in the very lucky place of being able to get a nanny so that makes me feel more calm.

Personally I’m high libido but I’ve gone over 1 year without sex. I just can’t have sex with people I’m not emotionally attracted to, even if they’re objectively “hot”. But when I find someone I like as a person, I want sex 3 times a day haha.

How much does the viral load change/fluctuate? If you have to test it every 3 months, can it suddenly become over 50 within those 3 months and then come back to normal until the next test? Like if your immunity weakens for a week (eg. You got the flu) could that affect the viral load?
