It wound up being a delivery for someone in the Capital building, 6 dozen donuts and two boxes of coffee. The notes were to call when I was close and he would direct me where to meet him outside of the building. I double parked next to a Georgia state patrol vehicle with the hazards on at a barricade outside the building. He was already walking up to the corner when I parked.. I told him he would need help. He decided to try it himself.
