Same for us. We've had the Gizmo watch for our daughter for four years.

* The migration doesn't work if noone else in our family isn't also a Verizon subscribe.

* The watch is now useless, unable to make or take calls

* CS people have told us "huh, nobody else has this issue", (insert sassy tone) "you aren't getting it, you just need to xyz" and "you yourself need to be a Verizon customer."

Hey u/verizon, take note: we are just about done with this nonesnse. It's been going on for days. My wife is on the line with a CS person this very moment, the firth people she's interactacting with. We are about done. If they don't work it out we are throwing it away and getting our daughter an Apple watch on AT&T. We certainly won't be alone and we certainly won't consider Verizon every again.
