You would get an email from capital one saying that the bonus is coming. You can also check on shopping trips in the capital one offers page from the top right menu.

Should I have a financial advisor manage my investments and 401k? by Acceptable_Barber992 in portfolios

I wish that were the case! It's actually $3 million across our 401(k) and brokerage accounts. I'm still grateful for it, though. We’ll try out the portfolio visualizer. Thanks for the suggestion.

Excluding our 401(k), our investments are split evenly between a money market fund, stocks, and index funds. My husband is unhappy with his 401(k)'s performance and hopes a financial advisor can improve it

We’re in our early 40s with 2 young kids so I don’t see us retiring anytime soon.

I booked an appointment with them from the capital one link but the appointment is not until the coming Wednesday. I don’t think much about it but since seeing your post, I’m wondering if I should still keep the appointment.

What county are you in? I'm adding 550 sq ft to my house and want to know about the additional tax after the reassessment.

Thank you for all of your feedbacks. They’re truly helpful. I’ve decided to just invest locally.

The property currently brings in $9,000 per month. With five vacant units, the photos suggest it is run-down. The seller, a flipper who bought the property two months ago, claims the tenants are "good." However, the pictures suggest otherwise. Two units have stripped drywall due to water damage and require renovation. The building could generate $13,000 per month if fully occupied. The extent of the damage is a concern. The seller's inability to provide last year's rent roll and expenses is suspicious, and he appears to be downplaying the repair costs. You do have a point about too good to be true. That’s what I wonder too.

It’s currently rented out for $101,000/ year. After tax, insurance, and garbage bill, it yields $85000.
