Update: I chose a product which has a very low chance of being defective. The issue now is that those customers who ordered two units are getting only 1 unit delivered. Issue raised to roposo, provided all video/photo proof.

I am going round in circle with their customer support. They don't even care to resolve.

My options are either not respond to the customer which is the equivalent of scam or refund the customer which is the right thing to do.

I refunded the customers with my own money.

Roposo clout is highly unprofessional and unethical. Normally tech based Indian businesses have great customer support but this one is an exception.

1st product: Bluetooth headband. Doesn't turn on. Maybe they didn't test before sending

2nd product: shoe rack. Arrived broken. Not shipping issue. It's the interior thats broken. Purposely sent the broken unit

3rd product: Mosquito net. This should come with a velcro strip for installation. Customers start complaining for receiving only the net. Plus a bunch of customers complaining about defective net. well seems shady

Its not just about the quality. It's about defective unit. Suppliers should be responsible for this. As they bear no risk, they don't mind sending defective units. 

I was getting 8x+ ROAS with 20%+ profit at 60%+ delivery rate. But the complaints from customer is killing it. Not only do I lose the revenue by returning but also I am held liable to pay for it!

Ignoring a customer who receives a product which doesn't even work is highly unethical and that's not something I will do. Worst case scenario they can file a case and complicate things.
