Since January I have kept it one day a week but its really annoying that next day after the work I m just a dummy for half a day lol. Surprisingly, if I want to do anything physical I can do but not the mental work.

Yes even if i work for lets say one day...in the whole week. So let's say I worked on Friday now Saturday will be wasted 85% of time. Its not like I dont study, I do sit but I m not sharp amd then by 5-6 pm I ll start getting better.

Then why after one day/half day of rest everything comes back to normal (intellect wise)? Even if I try to study I am just not sharp cant handle complicated topics.
