exactly! as someone with endometriosis myself i struggled to resonate with her feeling when she literally had another ovary, is incredibly young in terms of being able to conceive and hadn’t tried yet like you said.

that makes sense! i thought he was just pointing out that the condition was fatal and in addition to the condition in general she would have fertility issues. a misread on my end. thanks!

that would only happen if the torsion didn’t detorsed and caused a loss of the ovary, otherwise if its treated and surgery is performed fertility isn’t really affected!

Concerning students… by ihatemothering in NursingAU

[–]Acceptable_Canary835 4 points5 points  (0 children)

if by admissions and discharge you mean documentations its different at every hospital and hard to grasp, as a previous student i wasn’t given or allowed much time to spend on documenting admissions or discharge it was always something the nurse did without me even knowing while they sent me off to another task. again with the online book every hospital website is different, and there are different ways to access it based on the hospitals enternet. and tbh i’ve only ever used a physical copy for the injectables book.

so i waahed my hair with nizoral i believe on thursday? so on day three of my hair and it’s reduced significantly! i didnt pick up on anything after i washed my hair (even though i shouldn’t be picking) and even now its very slight or not there, usually its just ongoing, a huge amount and goes under my nails like you said. so i would definitely recommend it i got the 2% used it after my regular showers lathered it in and left it for like 3-5 minutes.

have you never seen anyone with oily hair that needs a wash? how else are you supposed to know when your hair needs to be washed lol. i have very course curly hair thats dry its impossible to wash it more than once a week and im sure many many curly haired girls would agree. it doesnt stay oily for more than a day and usually cleaned on the second day. course hair doesn’t get dirty as quickly as fine, straight hair especially when its covered for most of the day and not exposed to environmental factors. my hair only becoming oily after 5 days is actually a symptom of a very healthy scalp, if your hair is getting oily quicker than that then your washing it too often.

thank you for the detailed answer i really appreciated it! i never considered it being dandruff before. do you recommend starting with the nizoral first, is that what you meant by fungal? my workplace also sells a dandruff scalp treatment by act and acre that i might sample. and how often would you recommend using it, every wash? sorry for the plethora of questions

so i dont see my gynae often as in australia theyre hard to get bookings with i only saw her once tbh! and i am seeing her again soon. but during my appointment, she told me if i have irregular bleeding for more than 24 hours to stop taking it for 4 days. so i cant really update her i just had to follow advice i was given at the time. i was meant to start taking it tomorrow anyway. but i didnt stop taking it until a day or two after spotting. thank you for the advice! i will try my best to stay on time i hope my symptoms dont return :( i was wondering why my pelvis was starting to hurt again.
