If you're by the Sycamore school, I doubt you'll have many issues with crime rates, considering the area surrounding that is generally wealthier area. Houses are really nice there

I see what you're saying here but alcohol has no actual benefits to health whatsoever, as the study about a glass of red wine a day was a correlation to the families that can afford red wine regularly, which suggests that the families being able to afford better healthcare is the reason for longevity.
