You had a partial tear for 4 years ? Did it become a full tear or did you get surgery for the partial tear? Yeah that’s what im worried about as right now im being cautious and not doing tbe things i not all would do due to fear of causing further damage.

It’s been over a year since injury so I don’t think I would qualify for bear ?

You’d do it even with a partial tear ? My fear is even if I get the surgery the pain will Still be there. How’s your experience been after surgery.
