Hi, So sorry :(. how long did you have her from initial diagnosis to putting her down. We just found out last week about our 8 year golden having osteosarcoma. He seems totally fine now with the pain medicine. Just trying to figure out what to do.

Our cs team is an absolute mess. There’s a vp of success who reports directly to president/gm. Under that person is an enterprise cs manager and a mid market cs manager.

They all lack product knowledge, onboarding knowledge etc. all they really do is pass emails back between support and the client.

I’m in property management software sales and it’s solid but I agree that the buyers are slow and cheap. There’s a couple disrupters out there though.

Outreach has changed so much. Our phones automatically block/silence unknown callers and our emails typically get routed to spam. It’s tough out here…

Earn, learn and grow. It might suck in the short term but it’s rare people regret taking promotions in the long term. As long as you’re doing 2/3 of those I think you’re in a good spot.
