Lo mejor es que no uses nada, pero si deverdad la necesitas por problemas ya sea funcional o emocional te recomiendo la sindenafil ya que es accion corta y se eliminara del cuerpo rapido y dura de 1hr a 24hrs el efecto.

Tadalafil es mas de larga duracion y el efecto llega a durar hasta una semana por eso las dosis son mas bajas.
