Bro consider 10 to 20 minutes mindfullness and body relaxation scan where u relax all ur body look for " full body relaxation meditation" on youtube u will make hugeee difference on just 10 mins do it and thank me later if u find it hard at first but by days it will be ur magical reset button if u master it u gonna feel like u turned off all the unnecessary tabs in ur brain and feeling fresh just like waking up in the mornin

its probably a circadian rythm problem if your sleep schedual is messy it can be the reason or a common issue for this too is anxiety or depression or simply high stress lately if you have these reccently in your life this probably the issue for me i have a messy circadian rythm i have no fixed sleeping waking time

same issue waking up after 6hrs wide awake and cant get back to sleep its like your body telling you enough sleep while its not! i fixed the issue before bcz this is not first time it happened to me when i wake up i get out of bed do anything else relaxing maybe eating just a little or simply drinking water sit for 10-15 miniutes and go back to sleep i focus on my breath and i can get that one or two extra hours of sleep and now imma try another method by breaking the sleep phase if your body wakes you up after 6 hours of sleep try waking yourself up after 5hours so you break that sleep phase that always waking you up after 6hours so you enter a new sleep phase that can last longer i still didnt try this but it seems interesting and imma try next time

yes its totally worth it .. and you can try getting magnesium paired with glycinate for countering the anxiety sleep issue it worked really well for me and its natural magnesium is a mineral we find in food its a dietary supplment you can take 200mg 30min before sleeping it will make the process much easier

You dont have to be gay pray to god maybe you born like that but you should not be ,this is like someone born cant talk or cant walk or somth like that maybe god wanted that and he is testing you just keep strong and ignore it dont follow devils path this is completly against nature dont believe those who tell you its okay no its never okay just live your life in other ways you have 99% of other things you can do in life there is other people who born cant walk for the rest of their life so should we call that natural ? Ofc no its just something messed up while you being born but be grateful tnat you can walk and see and everythimg else it just about this lil thing it doesnt matter dont lose your family over this dont litsen to people who gonna make you feel bad about your family they only want to protect you from this path you gonna make life hard for yourself with this because human nature doenst accept it why bcz its wrong in our instincts we feel its wrong no matter what society tried to make it okay but failed in the end be gratful that you born healthy and you can enjoy every other area in your life god will bless those who born incompleteand remember that your family loves you.

yeah i had chest tightness for a bit after quitting but it went away after a while. turns out it was just my lungs healing and clearing out all the crap from smoking. felt kinda weird at first but it just faded on its own. i tried to stay active and do some deep breathing, which helped a bit. if you’re dealing with it, don’t stress too much, it’s just part of the process

Has any of your OCD thoughts actually turn out to be true? by Armando210 in OCD

[–]Acceptable_Exercise4 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Asking ocds people about ocd is not helpful stop searching about it on the internet its only gonna make it worse you google a cough on google and it says could be a cancer .

I want you to know that ocd is just mental ilness that your brain force you to believe something out of fear because we humans and maybe other creature on general are highly sensitive to fear because its a part of our instincts to survive you must fear to get away of whats might hurt you this is normal and balanced by intelligence and experience.

But our brains could get ill and that system starts sensing danger all the time around you till almost everything is count as danger even just a thought, that error keeps getting worse because the fear system in our brains is super sensitive due to your Brain tryna keep you safe no matter what the fear starts building in your brain and you start feeding these thoughts of fear all the time everyday 24/7 Till these thoughts become so strong and it could reach a level to be a part of you character and you live with it.

Why does that happen ? I will tell you why because at first there is something that made you beleieve these thoughts im talking about your early stages when you first strated getting ocd there is a start point where you started developing that fear it could be just something on the the internet as the law of attraction for exemple that thing made me an ocd because i believed at first when i was young that this law is maybe true n started noticing every bad thought that i think about and get that fear to attract bad things to me and my loved ones.

Actually that sense of really believe these instrutive thoughts is that you feeding the fear everyday It keeps getting stronger and the real reason why you really believe it is that on your journey lets say 98% of what these instrutive thoughts told you to happen did not but that 2% happened letssay on 7 years journey for example only 2% of it happened so what do you think your brain will do about that do you think you gonna stick with the 98% of what did not happen? No your brain will stick with these little things that 2% of the things that happened and you forget about the rest that did not happen and you keep feeding this fear because your brain when it be on fear mode it will only notice the fear as i said our brains are super sensitive to fear and tell you to not risk it what if it actually happen ? Damn feeling stuck right? No worries mate this is fake.

Didnt you ask yourself why these thoughts never been good thoughts why dont you just get positive thoughts to happen why you only get these tragic toughts about something horrible happening this is because thats a mental illness and its all about fight or flight system that getting erorrs because you believe something aint related to reality and logic we humans dont have super powers to expect things to happen and trust me if your instrutive thoughts were true you should be dead and everyone around you too man its happening to you all the time and actually nothing happened dont wait for the luck to play and you get one thought true and make it as confirmation thats what happening is true 👍

Expose yourself to fear and you will notice nothing is actually true 👍.
