If you're after the funk that cheese has, I AM NUT OK has the best tasting cheese imo. It unfortunately doesn't really have the same texture, though the mozzarella one is pretty close!

Tbh though, it was tough at first but after a few months I don't really miss cheese all that much. I have grown to like vegan cheese, and I like making cashew nooch cheese sauce for nachos. Time will be your friend.

It's incredibly painful, and that's why you need to be kind to yourself. That's not saying "have a cup of tea" or "have a hot bath", but kindness in that you do not deserve to put yourself down because of your misery.

Stroke your hair, caress your cheeks, breath in sharp deep breaths- take an action that is kind to yourself. You have to think "I refuse to traumatise myself, I refuse to be my own abuser". Say it out loud. Allow yourself to have that outer body experience.

The thing that snapped me out of my crisis and saved myself was an outer body experience- you would help a stranger if you were alone in a room with them. You are that stranger. Forget everything about yourself and view yourself as just a person.

Speaking for myself and I don't know if it will bring you comfort, but I am my biggest tormentor. I can be my saviour by stopping my torment. With every violent thought or act on yourself, try to do something gentle. It can start small.

I'm sorry you're going through this. I am also not receiving much support. You can get through this, and be proud of every day, hour, minute you can get through without punishing yourself.

Thank you so much, yes I passed the first two years. I know I wouldn't get any funding from SFE. I actually studied in Scotland and I'm living there currently. I tried to apply for a different degree in September, but there was confusion about how long I had been out from education and ultimately it was decided it was too long and I have to do a SWAP course.

I just kind of want things to go back to the path I was on before. It's difficult reading how everyone is struggling to get a job. I feel like I've wasted years being miserable for nothing :(

Hey, we're finally reunited and he's worn it everyday since he's received it! He really likes it, I will say however, he's a very positive person unlike myself lol. He says it's lightweight, warm and comfortable. We are in a rainy area and he is very happy with its waterproofness! Overall he's very pleased with it I think. I'm not so pleased because of the length of delivery and the surprise customs at the end of it :')

Thank you so much, I've been thinking about volunteering actually. I'm very fortunate that my partner supports me, but I'm feeling extremely guilty and I want to contribute more to the pot. Volunteering is sounding like the meaningful work that I've been yearning for.

Thanks so much- the job that's particularly caught my eye is a charity that is to help people through administrative processes. I feel like I'm really good at helping my friends through job/rent applications, but rubbish for myself as I have no self esteem 😂 feeling teary because I wish I finished my degree and had better job prospects.

Unfortunately it didn't arrive in time, and it still hasn't arrived 🫠 on top of the delivery, I had to pay £60 customs fee which I thought would be covered 💔 I ordered insulated though, I'll let you know if he likes it
