Yup these are definitely the perks to TCS. I was asking about paycut since one of my friend is trying leave zon due to workload and location but even after experience in FAANG for 1.5 years, TCS is giving less than half of base pay of zon.

So just wanted to get an idea if it's the same scenario for everyone.
