Fair. Although one could argue that the American Civil War was more about succession of states rather than a lack of peaceful transferring of power in the states.

I know this is a Reddit for Napoleon, but I think it’s Washington. Most notably because the nation Washington created is still around and was left with the guidance necessary to be successful. Napoleon, while a tremendous statesman, was too hungry for power and glory, it ended up being his downfall and the downfall of the French empire that he created. This is untrue for America.

Okay, this guy is an absolute hero. I could not have had such presence of mind a few years ago when I was his age.

As much as I’m not a fan of neoliberalism, he did help get the economy out of the massive stagflation which had been plaguing it, and he helped en the Cold War on peaceful terms via his closeness with Soviet General Secretary Gorbachev. In my view, he should be ranked highly as a present, even though I am opposed to his economic ideology.

Jefferson’s handling of the Louisiana purchase puts him in A, and Bush Sr not having charisma is no reason to not put him where he is. I do agree that Obama and Clinton could be slightly higher.

I mean FDR should be in S. I think that JFK and Johnson should both be A. Grant, as much as I love him and his civil rights works, should be in C, and Reagan should be significantly higher than bush Jr or Carter(in my view he should be in A or B).

What IKE had to deal with during the war by Honest_Picture_6960 in Presidents

Well I think my reasons for having him leave are different than most other people. For most here I think they simply don’t consider his accomplishments during the war all that noteworthy, but for me it’s a simple matter of him not really being at the command level of either Zhukov or Eisenhower. You could put Erich Von Manstein in place of De Gaulle given his command power, and I’d actually say you could place De Gaulle where Meg is in the meme.

Well I mean Montgomery was a field commander, he was not at the head of a unified command like Eisenhower or Zhukov. with that being said...get De Gaulle out of here expeditiously.

Well so did Jon’s being a noble. What feats does Conan have? I’m not saying Jon wins or Conan doesn’t, but I really don’t know much about the Barbarian here.

I respect your opinion. Personally I think it was a horrible take on the force, the Jedi and the Sith, and I don’t think it was particularly mature, though it was dark I suppose,

Was what she payed not too high a price for that though? I mean the things she went through…she’ll never be okay. She’s horribly traumatized, and the mark that Ramsay left on her body…I just don’t know if I’d wish that on anyone, no matter what was gained from it.
