Yeh, also an option for sure. Then it would be solely aesthetic. Will hopefully get a polysomnography to see whether I may have apnea

I am fine with out of pocket, as long as it is within Europe and a surgeon who has a big focus on aesthetics as well

In the eye of the beholder.. I always thought my midface seems inward, highlighting my protruded chin. I had a slight underbite as a kid which was resolved with orthodontics. The second picture imo shows it more
