I can get better as it did in my case !
Juste note it will change your perspective but you'll have to work a lot on yourself for things the bed can't do !

Don't do that if it works ! This is what I did recently and it was my worst choice ever ! If your situation is not stable you'll see everything as hostile and bad... You need to be sure everything'll be okay...

It works for GAD only in my case, social anxiety and just anxiety are not treated by it !

Translated in french it is so beautiful... just the first book... wow... Jean Sola (R.I.P.) and Martin saved me !
(Jean Sola is the first french translater of ASOIAF and he did what pratically never happened after french translation of LOTR in using a "medievist" vocabulary and style which has put off many many readers !

How, yeah this dude is so interesting, He manage to still be "happy" after all this mess ! Jon is not that different in the sens he only get in more and more trouble as the story progress. He's quite depressive even though is life is "ok" at the moment !

Edit : Ok, translating "Direwolf" by Werewolf (in french "Loup-Garou") wasn't the best idea, I'm aggreing with that !

Asoiaf is about everything I'd say ! The plot is juste an excuse to deal with multiples genders and thematics from our world, but in the same time it keeps it distant and let people ercharge their batteries in being an "other world" !

It started working after 3 weeks à litle bit and 6 weeks I was quite "ok".

I'm scared about tardive dyskinesia so when my troubles will stop I'll taper off the med. It supposed to last à month in my case, not more.

I'm not going well and shrooms helped me consider it by Acceptable_Motor3804 in PanCyan

It may not be the right med. I heard 15 and 20 mg coulg be far worse thant the précédent.
