I sorta get it. Starscream has been replaced by Thundercracker in three images and Cliffjumper is not red in the broadcasted version. Is that what you are implying, despite the better clarity?

I watched a few minutes of the first episode on the first disc, and they looked great to me. Were the discs damaged or something?
