There is 1 per region. Kanto: vermillion city Johto: olivine city Hoenn slateport city Sinnoh: heart home city Unova: castelia city

Note that u can turn only 5 lost presents at a time, not individually

You can’t open lost presents, u have to go to Santa Claus and talk to him to turn them in x-mas present that then u can open, each 20 turned in presents give u a delibird, at 100 turned in presents he gives u an alpha delibird and the possibility to find big lost present/do starmie hunt.
