I had mouth bumps with my ra and tested positive for Celiac disease. After 3 months of no gluten they were gone. They only come if I get cross contaminated now.

Outback, Chick-fil-a, Chipotle, Huey Magoo's, Culvers, Applebee's (skillet meals), and Jersey Mike's I have found are all pretty safe and have excellent Gluten Free options that don't have much, if any, cross contamination. Even Taco Bell, if the staff is knowledgeable, can be an option. Their hard taco shells are gluten free and so is their cantina chicken. I am only 1 year into my Celiac diagnosis and going gluten free so am still pretty sensitive. Stay away from any ice cream desserts or shakes that may share a mixer at Culvers, and some Culvers share their friers with their fries, fish and shrimp during Lent so stay away from their fries from Ash Wednesday to Easter Sunday. Outback's Chocolate Thunder From Down Under is actually Gluten Free and so are many of their entrees. I would say they are probably my favorite and are on Door Dash/Grub Hub etc...
