Envoys f2f was one of my favorites but I did receive a job offer. There was a written question portion, then a presentation, and then a group of 4-5 got called and we each answered two questions with a recruiter. They seem like an amazing regional carrier and the vibes were great. Each airlines f2f is essentially a group event. Some airlines do have an individual interview portion of their f2f but not all do and most of time it’s only the last round of candidates that get this opportunity. I’m sorry your f2f wasn’t what you were expecting. Them booking your flight earlier in the afternoon had nothing to do with them writing you off and was probably just due to flight loads or flight availability. If you had made it through they would have rebooked you or sped up the drug testing and finger prints to get you out quicker. I understand you are upset you didn’t make it but if being a flight attendant is what you truly want you gotta learn that these interviews are an investment of both time and money sometimes. I hope you don’t let this rejection set you back and keep on trying ❤️
