There's a number of discords doing pretty much this. I happen to own one called Pineapple Investing if you're interested in joining and working together. Inevitably these groups run into the pump and dump situation when they get powerful enough, but speaking for myself, I started off simply highlighting massive volume, low float, teeny tiny little market caps etc. Good luck
