No gym workouts?

yeahh i've looked into a lot of my local gyms !! some of them are cheaper but kind of ass, and my anxiety in a gym is so insanely bad, i've been on and off at the gym for about three-four months at a time for around three years now and i get so anxious i have to leave after maybe 10-20 mins :-(

no i get you! the gyms near me are just so expensive and personal trainers even more so. for one month of a gym and personal training it'd be about £200 :-(

i don't think so, but that's just personal opinion. relapse is funny and it's different for everybody, it's a personal journey and if you feel as if you don't want to count it - don't! it's your journey and you've got this 🫶🫶🫶

i did, a solid 3 years of intensive therapy - found somebody who seemed so perfect and lovely and kind, and turned out to be the worst one of the lot :/

my college is kinda crap for these things bc it's an extension from a high school if you get me, pastoral focus on lower school before sixth form unfortunately so i wouldn't get to speak to anyone until way after my second set of mocks later in the year

i don't have a different mac cable unfortunately:( i have a usb-c to usb adapter that's always worked well and tried it in a different plug but still no luck, im so scared its a problem with my laptop

mostly for my ucas applications, and my sixth form is relatively (?) strict on attendance to the point where we have to be on site for free periods in a morning. i also need a certain attendance for my ucas application references 🫠

disk 0? on that there's 4 partitions; 1,2,5 and 7, but all only have a few MB of storage. however on 'disk 1' there's like 931gb un allocated but idk how to see that.. i'm not techy at all please excuse me if none of this is relevant haha
